Project Start Date: April 2009
Phase1: October 2013
Phase2: Summer 2016
Doppelmayr Cable Car´s adaptable technology presents an answer when building the system as a Metro line was impossible. Soil conditions prohibited the use of a subway, but Doppelmayr Cable Car´s elevated system features the reduced footprint this projects requires. Because the cable-propelled APM is so light, Doppelmayr Cable Car can use it´s streamlined steel guideway, which is ideal for overbilt sites. And instead of the Metro concept´s single mid-station, there can now be three mid-stations for additional passenger convenience.
